Ideal candidate should have a college degree or paralegal certificate, must be well organized and enjoy dealing with people. Applicant must have at least 3 years of real estate experience in drafting and negotiating leases. Advanced Office 2010, excellent typing and proofing skills are required to be successful in the role.
